Class description

ABT (Abs, Butts & Thighs) - A workout for toning Abs, Butts and Thighs.

Adult Squad - A fun way of improving cardiovascular fitness without the impact of land based activities. Adult squad caters for a variety of swimming abilities and fitness levels.

Aqua - Provides a unique workout due to the buoyancy effect of the water, eliminating much of the impact and gravitational stresses. This aspect makes aqua ideal for injury rehabilitation as well as fitness, strength and endurance training.

Aqua Zumba - The ‘Pool Party’ for all ages, maximise your fun and fitness with Zumba!

Body Burn - Moderate to high intensity total body workout incorporating body weight exercises, boxing intervals, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and more! A varied class, increasing cardio capacity, promote muscular endurance and burn calories.

BodyPump - The ultimate barbell workout with all the benefits of weight training using adjustable weights in a friendly environment and set to great music. All welcome!

Cardio Box - A boxing for fitness class that incorporates elements of cardiovascular training & bodyweight resistance exercises. Have fun learning new skills and improving coordination.

Circuit - \'Circuit\' is a combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training. Designed to be easy to follow whilst constantly evolving, you can expect to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone and burn unwanted FAT!

Circuit/Cardio Blast - Designed to target all areas of fitness in the one class, full of variety. Based around an interval training format where bursts of aerobic activity are separated by periods of muscular strength and endurance.

Family Class - This class enables parents & children to enjoy exercise together with a focus on friendly, fun fitness. All welcome!

Fat Burner - A high intensity circuit based workout with the emphasis on endurance based activities. This allows the body to burn fat for fuel. This class is designed for fun and fitness and is suitable for everyone.

Hard 'Core' - An intense 30 minute workout designed to blast the core. Using a variety of exercises to help develop all areas of the abdominals and strengthen the lower back.

Mums & Bubs - A safe, effective way of easing back into your fitness program. Focusing on joint strength and core stability whilst training with your baby.

Pilates - A class that teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning, focusing on alignment and positioning while encouraging the deeper trunk muscles to strengthen.

PrYme Active - A class aimed at maintaining heart and lung health. Enjoy a cardiovascular based workout specifically designed for mature adults.

PrYme Aqua - No complicated movements – just good music and fun! Incorporating both resistance and low-impact cardiovascular exercises with the use of light dumbbells, noodles and other equipment. Designed to improve coordination, flexibility, balance and posture.

PrYme Dance - A dance session for the more mature members (50+).

RPM - Great music inspires you through a range of riding terrains enacted through the use of resistance and variable speeds. Entry-level options are encouraged along with intense power training for the elite. No coordination required.

Spin - A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of experience and fitness. An excellent fat burning class where you control the intensity. No coordination required.

Spin / Circuit - A combined indoor cycling class and outdoor interval/circuit training.

Step - A freestyle step class designed to tone those butts and thighs, while burning calories in a fun filled class using a stationary step, class includes abdominal training.

Yoga - A sequence of postures designed to increase concentration, endurance, strength and flexibility. There is an emphasis on alignment, extension and muscle activation. Upon completion of the class, you will be relaxed, leaving you completely revitalised.

Zumba - Calorie burning, body energising and awe inspiring movement! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a session like no other, no matter the fitness level. There are no wrong moves in Zumba!
